Hey Jim, appreciate the comments. As I am sure that you aware of, sales is doing the millions of little things CORRECTLY so we can come to positive conclusions with our clients. We should refine our sales stuff daily and the information found here will help you do just that!

Chuck Bauer,
Cory, who I work with, sent me this link. Excellent information pertaining to selling. I really liked the "be interested, rather than interesting". Also, I understand the bullet points and impacted answers. Excellent. Thank you!

Cory, thanks for the comment. One thing I did not get into - when a salesperson "lacks" in presentation skills, they try to make up for it by "training" their clients to become salespeople on the product they are selling. Again, TMI. Less is better just as Presdient Lincoln found out! Give them just enough to make the decision then ask for the order!

Great information. I have been in sales for 20 years and to this day still sometimes give the customer to TMI. They want to know what time it is and I am telling them how to build a clock! Thanks for the info!
