I see this every day in my organization and it's usually those same people that complain about their goals, their territory, their boss, the weather... you get the picture. I quickly want to say THANK YOU !!! Your hard work as created a positive impact in my life! About me. My name is Francisco Lopez. I have been in customer service for over ten years. My first sales were selling news papers in the streets of Honduras. later in NYC selling umbrellas in the streets as well. later I became an electronics sales person in the NYC. However I really became a truly aware of the art of client satisfaction about ten years ago. I meet an incredible man call Mattress in Houston Texas at Gallery furniture. I did amazingly for him. Later I went to work for Ameriquest mortgage and also did spectacular there too, I broke their records in production and sales quality. Today I work for Tax masters and even thought I am going thought some personal hardships with a divorce etc, etc. I work hard to keep my edge and head in the game. I do thank you because in part thanks to your coaching I am getting back to the top. I love the word “ Gameness” which is above relenless. Thank you very much !
