Coach Chuck & Paula Sepulvado are not a medical doctors. This material is for general information only and merely represents suggestions. This material does not refer to any individual’s particular health status or substitute for personal medical care. Specific medical/nutritional questions should be presented to your own doctor or nutritionist; without medical or nutritional consultation, following these suggestions is done at your own risk.
The following information is based on my personal experiences, research, and numerous conversations with nutrition, and health and fitness-related individuals and experts. In a speaking and training environment, I usually cover this information in a four-hour talk.

Do you have written goals that covers what you want to accomplish? Can you be disciplined enough to start a program and STICK with it?
Many people fail on this because they are not clear on their objectives or they become clouded in their judgment based on comments or discouragement from people close to them.
The medical community automatically will reject most of this information for a variety of reasons. First, they don’t make money when you choose an alternative method that takes revenue and business away from them. Second, you will never find anyone from the medical community who will ever take the countless amount of hours and research or try by personal experience to see if any of this information works. The diplomas proudly displayed on their office walls give them the right to say “No” to most things they don’t understand. Then you, the patient, buy into the “No.” Do your own research – you have options as it relates to your health.
When you start on a new health and fitness path, you will experience many changes in your body. Some of them may be discomforting and uncomfortable. In most cases, that means you’re on your way to success. Yet, when most people experience a new change, THEY QUIT. These changes are usually classified under the title of detoxification. Acne, increased gas levels, pains, headaches, etc., can all be associated with detoxification of your body, so please know in advance that anything is possible when you take your body through a detoxification process. You have to work hard to get over the other side – which is great health and maybe a wonderful adventure.
Last but not least, I, or others who choose to be healthy, lean, and fit are classified obsessive compulsive. Most of the trainers at my health club share the same story. Know this: people who are committed to health and fitness and have their bodies running at 100% are goal oriented, disciplined, and hunting for success. And, they have a thirst for adventure and living life to its fullest. If that’s what is called obsessive compulsive, then I’ll take it.
Coaching Hint: Focus on finding the reasons to be healthy versus finding the reasons not to be.
1. Discipline – some, maybe just a little?
No Action = No Results
Some Action = Some Results
Mass Action = Mass Results

Chuck -
Amazing! After drinking green juice, I have so much energy that my head doesn’t hit the desk every afternoon at 3pm.
I actually find myself craving this stuff. When I got in from an exhausting trip, the first stop was the grocery store for fresh spinach, celery and cucumber
(and a little bottle of wine,of course).
Great stuff!
Thanks!

Love the video. Just purchase my weekly spinach, celery, and cucs supply earlier today from Fiesta Store at .99 cents each. I add a lemon and cayenne pepper for my aches and pains. You were a big influence for me moving from thinking about veggie juicing to actually veggie juicing. I now crave my green drink each morning. I also eat more green leafy vegetables. Good job Sir Chuck.
